Grout Repair & Restoration in South Florida
When grout is cracked, crumbling, or missing, cleaning alone won't bring the floor back. This service is for Palm Beach County homeowners and property managers whose tile still has years of life in it but whose grout joints have seen better days.

Your Options

Full restoration
Repair, deep cleaning, and color sealing combined — the option for floors where wear, staining, and damage all show at once.
Our Process
How we approach grout repair & restoration.
Inspect every joint
We map the floor and identify cracked, loose, and missing grout — and flag any loose tiles that may need attention.
Remove damaged grout
Deteriorated grout is carefully removed without chipping the tile edges.
Regrout & repair
New grout is color-matched and worked into the joints, then tooled for a clean, consistent line.
Clean & haze removal
Residue and grout haze are cleaned from the tile faces before the job is judged done.
Optional color sealing
Repairs can leave slight shade differences between old and new grout; color sealing after restoration gives the entire floor one uniform finish.

Book This ServiceCommon Questions
Grout Repair & Restoration FAQ.
Should I repair the grout or replace the floor?
If the tile itself is in good shape and only the grout is failing, restoration is far less disruptive and expensive than replacement. We’ll tell you honestly which side of that line your floor falls on.
Will new grout match my existing grout?
We match grout color as closely as possible, but joints weather differently over time. For a perfectly uniform look, color sealing after the repair is the answer.
Why is my grout cracking?
Common causes include subfloor movement, normal settling, and original installation issues. We repair the joint itself and flag any underlying issues we can see.
How long until I can use the floor?
Foot traffic is usually fine within a day, though new grout needs cure time before sealing. We give you exact guidance for your job.
