Our Process
How we approach engineered wood floor cleaning.
Inspect the finish
We identify the finish and condition so moisture and chemistry stay within what the floor tolerates.
Dry dust removal
Grit and construction dust are removed dry — anything dragged across wood under a wet pad is a scratch risk.
Controlled-moisture cleaning
Wood-safe products, minimal moisture, and proper pads lift soil and residue from the surface and bevels.
Detail & aftercare
Edges and transitions are detailed, and we show you how to maintain the floor between visits.

Book This ServiceCommon Questions
Engineered Wood Floor Cleaning FAQ.
Is water bad for engineered wood floors?
Standing water and over-wetting are — that’s why our process is controlled-moisture and calibrated to engineered construction. We clean the floor without soaking the wood layers.
Do you refinish or sand wood floors?
No — we clean and maintain engineered wood, we don’t sand or refinish it. If your floor needs refinishing, we’ll tell you plainly.
Can you remove scratches from engineered wood?
Honest answer: cleaning removes the dullness and residue that make scratches look worse, but it doesn’t remove the scratches themselves.
How often should engineered wood be professionally cleaned?
Once after construction, then as needed — most homes benefit from occasional professional care to reset the finish.
